The project in the form of design drawings is presented to the client who is free to suggest changes to the projects.
Quality materials
When the building plan is confirmed, the materials to be used and their costs will be identified and grouped together in the bill of quantities, with reference to the regional price list, which are important for determining the overall expenditure to be sustained.
This is followed by works commencement and the presentation of all the documentation required to proceed with implementing the project. The final step is acceptance and delivery to the end customer.
