We deal not only with building design and construction, but also with renovation, i.e. renovating part or all of existing buildings using innovative techniques while respecting the environment.
Restructuring differs from ordinary maintenance in that it involves interventions such as:
- restoration or replacement of constituent parts of the building;
- elimination, modification or replacement of components or installations:
- interventions involving alterations to the building’s volumes.
The design analysis is carried out by our technical staff, who will work out the plan according to your wishes, combining their technical and design knowledge with the use of professional design software.
When the building plan is confirmed, the materials to be used and their costs will be identified and grouped together in the bill of quantities, with reference to the regional price list, which are important for determining the overall expenditure to be sustained.
this is followed by works commencement and the presentation of all the documentation required to proceed with implementing the project. The final step is acceptance and delivery to the end customer.
