Resin stone paving is made from natural dried agglomerates mixed with a special transparent polyurethane product to create a single-piece, millimetre-thick (3/6mm) floor laid on an existing or new concrete surface, respecting its curing time. Resin stone paving is quick to install and can be walked on or driven over after just a few days.
The grit can be chosen from pebble or split gravel, from a variety of natural colours, such as Carrara white, Verona red, yellow, ebony black, green etc.
Resin stone is made by spreading the mixture (gravel + polyurethane resin) over the concrete surface which has been previously cleaned of all impurities, using specific professional hand tools.
After a few days, once it has dried, any perimeter finishing is laid.
Resin stone paving is elegant, supple and customisable, and is also anti-yellowing. It requires no special maintenance.
It’s ideal for renovation or restoration as existing structures need not be removed. It is also very low in thickness and has a low environmental impact.
It is ideal for renovating old surfaces or creating new ones, such as forecourts, driveways, pavements, porches, terraces and pool decks.
It can also be applied indoors in settings such as exhibition halls, museums, shops and retail outlets. Resin stone paving is customisable in the shapes and colours of grit and provides unique draining properties.
